Dr. Rajendra Umashankar Tiwari, currently serving as the Dean Admissions at Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur, boasts a distinguished career as an academician, with 34 years of teaching experience. Holding a Ph.D. from Nagpur University, awarded in 2006, Dr. Tiwari has demonstrated expertise in handling both national and international admissions for over 25 years. He has actively represented the university at numerous international educational fairs across countries like Bhutan, Nepal, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, and Oman. Dr. Tiwari's leadership as the Admissions Coordinator has resulted in the admission of over 80% of meritorious students with 90 percentile or more into B.Tech Engineering courses. His vision is to elevate Ramdeobaba University into a world-class institution in technical and management education, research, and innovation, aligned with societal, national, and global needs. As the Head of the Department of Physics, he has introduced advanced subjects like Quantum Computing and NEP-based branch-wise Physics courses for various engineering branches. Dr. Tiwari's areas of expertise encompass teaching, admissions management, international admissions, and fostering relationships across SAARC and Gulf countries. He is also a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education.
