Faculty

Faculty, Non Teaching staff, Administrators, Management - as well as our students - each have have their part to play in flexible, improvisational composition of the RBU community, but the key to this model is that faculty must be active leaders and participants in the change. The individual achievements of faculty members are paramount to any educational institution's success, but the work that they do as members of RBU community is equally vital in creating the benefits that technical education brings to our society.

We already accept this basic principle of collaboration. The value of a collaborative faculty leadership also extends to the learning experience of students, and, as with translational work and research collaboration, these efforts work best through interdisciplinary interactions such as team teaching, curriculum design and the innovative use of active learning pedagogies.
