Dr. Chandan Vichoray, the Director of the School of Management at Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur, brings a wealth of experience to his role. With 21 years of teaching and 3 years of entrepreneurial expertise, Dr. Vichoray has played a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape since August 27, 2008, at Shri Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur. Currently an Associate Professor, he has held administrative positions such as Dean of Research and Development and Head of the Department. Dr. Vichoray's academic contributions include supervising Ph.D. scholars, conducting consultancy projects, and facilitating Management Development Programs for organizations like Mahindra & Mahindra and the Ministry of Defense, Government of India.

His research interests in Sustainable Operations, Circular Economy, and Rural Management have led to extensive publications and innovative initiatives like industry-based projects and lab courses on Rural Community Engagement. Dr. Vichoray envisions a future marked by innovation and excellence, aiming to establish a Problem-Solving Ecosystem and a Policy Centre in Public-Private Partnership mode.
