Applications for faculty positions are invited from Indian nationals including Persons of Indian Origins (PIOs) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Foreign Nationals in the School of Computer Science and Engineering.

Foreign national here means a person who does not have an Indian passport. Foreign nationals can be offered contractual appointment for up to five years. The appointment can be renewed thereafter.

PIO/OCI card holders can be considered for permanent faculty positions.

Qualifications and Pay: As per AICTE/UGC New Delhi Norms

Minimum Qualification (for all faculty positions): Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record in all preceding degrees. In addition, for:

• Professor: 10 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Associate Professor.
• Associate Professor: 6 years teaching/research/industrial experience of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree in the appropriate branch, with a very good academic record in all preceding degrees.
