Dr. Nitin Narkhede completed his Bachelor's degree from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology Nanded (M.S.) in 2000, Master's and Doctoral degree in 2006 and 2011 respectively from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur. He joined Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management (RCOEM), Nagpur in 2003. Presently working as Associate Professor and HoD of the Department of Electronics Engineering of Ramdeobaba University (RBU) Nagpur. He has guided around 20 students for their Masters degree and 02 students are pursuing their doctoral degree under his supervision. He has published around 30 research papers in reputed indexed Journals and International conferences. He has 03 patents to his credit. His research interest includes Digital VLSI Design, Digital system Verification, Bio-Sensors and systems etc. He is a recipient of 'Rashtra Sewa Award' for his contribution in the field of education.
