Instructions for filling the application form

• Click on the button showing "Click here for Application form"
• You will land on page showing form for “Register yourself”
• If registering for the first time, then fill the registration form by clicking on the “Register” button.
• During registration you will receive OTP for mobile number verification. You will also receive one Email for email id verification.
• After successful verification, you will receive mail containing your login id and password.
• If you are already registered, then click on the “Login” button by using your Id and password provided during your registration process.
• On entering your Id and password you will land on dashboard page showing red button for “Apply now”
• Click on apply now and start filling the form
• Please read all instructions related to the application form beforehand.
• Fields which are * marked (in the application form) are to be filled in compulsorily.
