RBU will consider any request for cancellation/withdrawal of admission from students only if such provision is made by the regulations prescribed by the University. The regulations include the procedure for cancellation/withdrawal of admission as well as the rules for refunds.

1. Withdrawal Requests received 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission |
The entire academic year fee after deducting the processing fee of Rs. 1000/- will be refunded. |
2. Withdrawal Request received Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission |
The entire academic year fee after deducting 10% of the total fees, 90% will be refunded. |
3. Withdrawal Request received 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission |
The entire academic year fees after deducting 20% of the total fees, 80% will be refunded. |
4. Withdrawal Requests received 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after formally notified last date of admission |
The entire academic year fee after deducting 50% of the total fees will be refunded. |
5. Withdrawal Requests received More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission |
No refund of any academic fees. |
