Ramdeobaba University (RBU), Nagpur offers admissions to courses across UG, PG and doctoral levels. RBU admissions are offered to students who meet the eligibility criteria for the course of their choice. Students who wish to apply for admission are required to clear the National/State level Entrance Exams or Ramdeobaba University Entrance Exam (RUBEE) (RUPEE), as per admission criteria given below. Admissions are granted to students according to their performance in any of the entrance test for UG/PG on merit basis

Eligibility    Passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects, or Computer Science or Information Technology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of candidates of Reserved Categories)

Admission Criteria   JEE Mains 2025, MHTCET 2025, RUBEE 2025.

B.B.A.

Eligibility    Passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent examination from any of the Science/Arts/Commerce group with 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Reserved Categories).

Admission Criteria    MAH-BBA-CET 2025.

B.C.A.

Eligibility    Passed 10 + 2 or its equivalent examination from any of the Science/Arts/Commerce group with 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Reserved Categories).

Admission Criteria   MAH-BCA-CET 2025.

M.Tech

Eligibility    Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology from All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government approved institutions or equivalent, with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of candidates of Reserved Categories)

Admission Criteria   Candidates who clear the GATE 2025 OR Obtained non-Qualified marks in GATE 2025, RUPEE-2025.

M.C.A.

Eligibility    Passed any graduation degree (e.g. B. E / B.Tech/ B.Sc / B.Com / B.A. /B.Voc / BCA etc) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level and obtained at least 50% Marks in aggregate (at least 45% in case of candidates of Reserved Categories)

Admission Criteria   Candidates who clear the MAHMCACET-2025, RUPEE-2025

M.B.A.

Eligibility    Passed minimum three-year duration Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the Universities recognized by University Grants Commission, with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of Reserved Categories)

Admission Criteria    Candidates who clear the MAHMBACET2025/MAT/CAT/XAT/ GMAT/ATMA/ RUPEE-2025

Ph.D.

Eligibility    Post-Graduation in relevant stream.

Admission Criteria   Candidates who clear the entrance as well as the interview are given admission.

RBU Application Process:

Visit the official website of RBU Nagpur, i.e., www.rbunagpur.in for admission request form. While submitting duly filled in application form you have to pay application processing fees of Rs. 1000 online through payment gateway available on the page. Keep the printout of the application form for future reference.

Ramdeobaba University UG/PG Admission Process:

• The RBU admission process begins by filing the application form of the university.
• Click on the button showing "Click here for Application form"
• You will land on page showing form for "Register yourself"
• If registering for the first time, then fill the registration form by clicking on the "Register" button.
• During registration you will receive OTP for mobile number verification. You will also receive one Email for email id verification.
• After successful verification, you will receive mail containing your login id and password.
• If you are already registered, then click on the "Login" button by using your Id and password provided during your registration process.
• On entering your Id and password you will land on dashboard page showing red button for "Apply now"
• Click on apply now and start filling the form
• While submitting duly filled in application form you have to pay application processing fees of Rs. 1000 online through payment gateway available on the page.
• If you are appearing for RUBEE/RUPEE (RBU Entrance Exam), then you have to pay additional exam fees of Rs 1000.
• Please read all instructions related to the application form beforehand.
• Keep the printout of the application form and receipt of application fees for future reference.
• The candidate's application & documents shall be verified and confirmed by the Scrutiny Committee of the University. Candidates are encouraged to create DigiLocker account and let DigiLocker to fetch all your documents e.g. 10th, 10+2-mark lists, scorecards of entrance exam, etc. for convenience of verification of documents at our end.
• Admissions are given to students based on the merit of the entrance test they appeared for.
