School of Management

The School of Management (SOM) has been established under Ramdeobaba University as an independent entity. The legacy is drawn from the Department of Management (DMT) Technology, Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management, Nagpur, which was established in 2006.

With 18 years of existence, SOM offers comprehensive programs that encompass theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for effective business administration. Through a curriculum that includes subjects like finance, marketing, human resources, business analytics and operations management, students gain a holistic understanding of how organizations function.

Additionally, SOM emphasizes experiential learning through internships, case studies, and industry projects, allowing students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. The faculty, typically composed of seasoned professionals and academics, provide mentorship and insights into current industry trends and challenges.

By fostering a collaborative learning environment, SOM cultivates essential soft skills such as leadership, communication, and critical thinking. SOM has been instrumental in launching courses on Blockchain, Industry 4.0, Fintech in MBA to enable future managers to handle tech-based developments. Carrying forward this, the SOM intends to offer UG and PG programmes under its fold.
