About CCTSF RCOEM (NABL Accredited Laboratory)
The Central Civil Testing and Services Facility at Ramdeobaba University operate on a no-profit basis, ensuring that testing charges remain minimal and affordable for all. With a deep commitment to nation building, the facility is dedicated to providing quality testing services that support infrastructure development, research, and education. It proudly serves the nation by enabling engineers, researchers, and institutions to access reliable, NABL-accredited civil testing without financial burden. Through this initiative, Ramdeobaba University reinforces its role as a contributor to the country’s growth, development, and technical excellence.
Quality Policy
- Adopting Best Laboratory Practices as per the requirements of NABL and ISO 17025:2017.
- Following applicable legal requirements.
- Ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and impartiality.
- Following requirement of National and International Standards for Testing.
- Providing the best Quality of Services to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Educating the staff about established policies and procedures.
- Conducting proper Maintenance and Calibration of equipment.
- Evaluating the risk analysis.
Quality Objectives
- To enhance customer satisfaction above 75%.
- To enhance skills, knowledge, and competence of laboratory personnel through regular training (at least two training per year) including external trainings.
- To reduce breakdown time of equipment to zero by carrying out timely preventive maintenance.
- To provide error-free test reports to the customers within defined TAT.
- To ensure zero incidence of breach of impartiality and confidentiality.
