Mentoring
Mentoring is crucial for startups as it provides guidance, industry insights, and a network of contacts that can help navigate challenges and accelerate growth. Mentors offer valuable experience and perspective, aiding in strategic decision-making and enhancing overall entrepreneurial success.
Mentoring Process

- When a start-up is admitted, RCOEM TBI would recommend a mentor from its list and introduce him/her to the startup.
- The founders are either free to choose from the said list or are free to have their own mentor albeit with the concurrence of RCOEM TBI.
- The startup and mentor will initially engage with each other to understand the role and contribution that the mentor can make to the startup.
- If the arrangement works out positively for both, the association needs to be formalized with a suitable consideration model to ensure the continued involvement of the mentor.
