Dr. Gayathri Band Head of the Department Master of Business Administration
Dr. Gayathri Band is a distinguished academician and administrator with over 17 years of experience in management education, research, and academic administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from RTM Nagpur University and has been associated with Ramdeobaba University since 2011.
Her academic contributions include 35+ research publications, two authored book, several edited books, two design patents, copyrights, and guidance of doctoral research scholars. She has received multiple recognitions, including the Young Researcher Award and Best Paper Awards at international conferences in Dubai, Bangkok, Mumbai, and Nagpur.
Dr. Bandhas previously held key administrative position as Deputy Controller of Examinations and NAD coordinator contributing significantly to examination reforms and implementation of NEP initiatives.
She has secured AICTE and UGC grants, conducted funded research and training programs, and regularly serves as a resource person for faculty development and research methodology workshops.
