Mr. Sarang Dewaikar Delivery Executive, Tieto Banking and the Chief Guest of the Inaugural Ceremony of Pratishruti 2026 said, “If I can stand here ,then even you can. This Institution has played a major role in teaching me the life lessons and prepared me for my career.” He spoke about learning from failures, working in teams, problem-solving, and adaptation, and emphasized that ‘skills matter but mindset matters more.’ In his speech he highlighted the importance of working in a team, which celebrates diversity and told everyone to become good listeners, and termed it as a super-power. He concluded by asking students to take back three words from the session: “Curious, Humble, Kind.”
