Reinforcing its commitment to nurturing a digitally empowered academic ecosystem, Ramdeobaba University (RBU) inaugurated its new e-Library, marking another significant milestone in enriching learning, research, and innovation on campus

The facility was inaugurated by distinguished alumnus Shri Vishal Agrawal, Managing Director, RC Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd. (Industrial Engineering, Batch of 1996), in the esteemed presence of Padma Shri awardee, Shri SatyanarayanNuwal, Chairman, Shri Ramdeobaba Sarvajanik Samiti (SRSS).The e-Library has been established through the generous contribution of Shri Vishal Agrawal, reflecting the enduring bond between an alumnus and his alma mater.The e-Library offers seamless access to global research databases, online journals, e-books, and remote access facilities.

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Nuwal remarked that an alumnus giving back to the alma mater reflects character and values that inspires countless others to contribute towards nation-building through education.

He further appreciated the unwavering commitment of the University’s faculty and said that while financial resources are essential, what matters most is how those resources are meaningfully utilized for the benefit of students. He observed that institutions flourish through teamwork, thoughtful planning, selfless dedication, and a shared sense of purpose. “Beyond money, it is commitment, vision, and sincerity that truly build an institution. The contribution of our faculty, through their hard work, wisdom, and dedication, is invaluable,” he remarked.

He acknowledged the dedication, hard work, samvedana, contribution and positive intentions of faculty members, trustees, management, alumni and every member of the RBU family in shaping the University’s growth and success.

Addressing the gathering, Shri Vishal Agrawal remarked with a touch of humour, “In business, the true measure of success is when a customer comes back. By that measure, Ramdeobaba University is remarkably successful because its alumni always return—not to take, but to give back.”

The occasion was graced by Shri Rajendra Purohit, General Secretary, SRSS; Shri Neelesh Agrawal and Shri Vaibhav Agrawal, Directors, RC Plasto Tanks & Pipes Pvt. Ltd.; Dr. S. S. Mantha, Chancellor; Dr. Rajesh S. The successful planning and execution of the e-Library initiative was coordinated by Dr. Cynita Christy, Librarian, with the active support of the Library Committee and Dr.Mrudula Korde, Director, (RACA)
