Ramdeobaba University collaborates with Google Cloud
Ramdeobaba University (RBU) has collaborated with Google Cloud (Elite Tier) and is now a Certified Digital Campus on Google Cloud 3.0.
The collaboration was officially launched on 18th February and the collaboration certificate was unveiled by Ms. Padmavathy Joshi, Regional Manager Google Education and Gemini.
This strategic collaboration marks a definitive shift in RBU’s operational model, transitioning the university into an AI-first campus. As an Elite Tier Partner, RBU joins an exclusive league of institutions leveraging Google Cloud’s enterprise-grade infrastructure to bridge the gap between academic theory and industrial application.
The collaboration fundamentally redesigns the student experience by embedding 6 learning paths offered by Google directly into the curriculum. The university is deploying advanced tools such as NotebookLM to assist with intelligent research and multilingual summarization, alongside an AI-powered Virtual Tutor.
The collaboration offers two Global certifications to the students. In addition, Google Certified Trainer Program will equip faculty with the digital pedagogies required to lead this educational evolution.
Speaking at the launch event, Dr. Rajesh Pande, Vice Chancellor, Ramdeobaba University, characterized the alliance as a critical step for the region’s educational landscape, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to integrating AI into learning. Dr. Padma Adane, Dean, School of CSE outlined the diverse learning pathways and advanced technologies made available through this collaboration.
