  • Adopting and implementing NEP 2020-2021Proposed (August-2023) Model Curriculum for Branch-specific Physics Courses (Theory & Lab)
  • Laboratories as per branch specific syllabi.
  • Conduction of value-added course such as “ESP 32 for IoT” with industry expert. (2023-24).
  • Quantum Initiatives
    • The department is running the course “Introduction to quantum computing” since the year 2021.
    • The 08 faculties have successfully completed the online FDPs Quantum Computing organized by Swayam NPTEL and MNIT, Jaipur in the year 2025-26.
  • Study Materials
    • The learning resources are made available to the students by faculties in the form of their own lecture notes, ppts, NPTEL lectures, tutorial sheets, previous exam papers with solutions shared with them on google classroom.
    • Use of Mathematics software for developing Learning resources.
    • Use of the Mathematics software for Research work.
    • Use of IBM Quantum lab platform for simulations of the Quantum circuits and Algorithms.
  • Diversified research area of the faculties:
    • Optical wave guides, Optical material, Dielectric materials, Magnetic materials, Quantum magnetism, Theoretical physics and Luminescence.
  • Research and Innovation:
    • Remarkable contribution towards research and good quality publications.
    • Contribution in the reputed international conferences at premier institutes, IITs in the form of conference presentations and invited talks.
    • Lab development through government funded projects. Lead role in quantum education through training programs under SWAYAM–NPTEL, IITs, and NITs.
    • MoU with BARC and Anand Niketan College, Warora for research collaboration.
  • Faculty Seminars
    • Regular activity of seminar given by faculty members on areas of their expertise.
