Dr. Sanjay B. Bodkhe presently serving as Registrar (In-charge) of RBU and Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering has a distinguished academic background of over 33 years with industry experience. He completed his PhD from VNIT Nagpur in Electric Drives and has taught/supervised numerous UG, PG and PhD students. He has published more than sixty research papers in various journals and conference proceedings and has two patents granted to his credit. He has also authored three textbooks for the students of electrical engineering. During his career, he has worked in various capacities like, Dean Academics, Chairman BoS, Head of Department, NBA Coordinator, NAAC Coordinator, IQAC Member Secretary, and has performed a leading role in the establishment and operationalization of the university.
Prof. Bodkhe was awarded two MODROBS grants and one Research Grant (RPS) by AICTE, New Delhi. He was appointed as Peer Team Member by National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and has visited many colleges on behalf of NBA. He was also appointed as Moderator by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) and as Member on Model Curriculum Development Committee (in line with NEP 2020) by the Government of Maharashtra. Dr. Bodkhe has delivered numerous guest lectures in various institutes on different topics that include, NEP-2020, Outcome Based Education, Accreditation, Research Methodology and Electrical Drives. He is recognized and nominated as Member/Expert on various bodies like Research Recognition Committee, Academic Council and Boards of Studies of many other institutes and universities.
Dr. Bodkhe is the Fellow of Institute of Engineers (India) and has affiliations with other professional bodies like IEEE and ISTE. He believes to maintain student-centric approach and academic standards aligned to industry needs, innovation, and multi-disciplinary ecosystem in different processes of the university. His teaching and research areas of interest are electrical machines, drives, EV and renewable energy.

Nikhil Damle, is presently serving as Joint Registrar RBU Nagpur.
He is a registered Chartered Engineer [India]. He has done his M. Tech Electronics & Communication Engineering from VNIT Nagpur having specialization in Networked Embedded System. He also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology and Systems. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Embedded Systems and Cyber Law. He is recipient of Certificate of Achievement from Deakin University for his achievements in course on Cyber Security for Small & Medium Enterprises: Identifying Threats & Preventing Attacks.
He has Teaching experience of more than two decades. Mentor Faculty for Atal Tinkering Lab Initiative- Atal Innovation Mission and NITI- Aayog New Delhi.
Nodal Officer Cisco Networking Academy. As Nodal Officer PMKVY-TI (Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana for Technical Institutes) received grant-in-aid from AICTE New Delhi for skill development in Electronics Sector.
He has published more than 20 research articles in journals and conference of national and international repute. As a technocrat he is also an inventor of 12 patents. 10 published and 2 patents are granted. He is a Reviewer of McGraw Hill Education India Pvt. Ltd for Book series on Instrumentation and Controls.
He has served as Registrar-RCOEM, Nagpur for a two term from 2018 to 2024. He also served as Additional Registrar -RCOEM collaborating in the transformative journey of the University.

SOCIO-ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED GROUPS CELL
To facilitate learning for all students, with special emphasis on Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups (SEDGs) and to ensure the working of measures primarily for making the University more inclusive, equitable and sensitive to SEDGs, Ramdeobaba University has established an Equal Opportunity Cell (EOC) for Socio-Economically Disadvantaged Groups.
Objectives:
a) Improving equitable access to quality education for SEDGs through bridge courses and outreach programmes;
b) Extending and ensuring basic facilities and amenities to SEDGs for inclusive, healthy, safe and secure environments on campus and
c) Coordinating with Equal Opportunity Cell for the purpose of sensitization of all stakeholders, policy implementation, monitoring, equalizing access to inclusive quality higher education, ensuring respectful dignity, promoting egalitarian and constitutional values, and grievance redressal.
