Event Summary:

This interactive session was conducted by final-year students placed at renowned companies such as GlobalLogic, Amadeus Labs, ZS Associates, and Nutanix. The session aimed to give a comprehensive understanding of the placement process, covering various stages, recruitment rounds, and preparation strategies.

The session started with a keynote from Nisarg sir, setting the stage for the discussion. Sharwari then emphasized staying active in pre-placement talks, the right way to do KYC, handling interview nervousness, and improving communication skills. Sanket shared insights on choosing between Machine Learning and Software Development Engineering, the importance of DSA, participating in hackathons, contributing to open-source, and keeping profiles on LinkedIn, GitHub, CodeChef, and Leetcode active. Rishika and Nidhi talked about their recruitment experiences at ZS Associates and Amadeus Labs. Mahima focused on building honest resumes and how to handle Managerial and HR rounds. Aliya wrapped up by explaining the placement process, clearing up common myths, discussing eligibility criteria, and answering student questions.
