Spiritual Club
The Spiritual Club is dedicated to fostering inner peace, mindfulness, and holistic well-being among students. Through regular meditation and yoga sessions, the club helps students manage stress and improve focus. It also organizes guest lectures by spiritual leaders and wellness experts who share insights on personal growth and self-discovery. The club plays a vital role in celebrating cultural and spiritual festivals, encouraging inclusivity and a sense of community among students. Engaging in charity drives and social service initiatives further helps members develop a spirit of compassion and selflessness. The Spiritual Club aims to promote mental peace, mindfulness, and inner well-being through spiritual and self-development practices.

Introduction:
The session commenced with Sanket Gahukar (Former Spiritual Club Coordinator) addressing the participants and having an interactive session with them then the screening of a thought-provoking movie was presented. Following the movie, a Group Discussion (GD) was held where participants were invited to share their reflections and thoughts on the film. The GD provided a platform for everyone to express their perspectives, which led to a rich and engaging conversation.
Event Details:
- The event started with the screening of a movie where the role of spirituality and faith in daily life and stressful situations was depicted.
- Next, a group discussion based on the participants thoughts and reflections was conducted where the participants were divided into groups of 5 and then asked to converse about the same

Introduction:
The session commenced with Pranav Soni(Spiritual Club Coordinator)&SanketGahukar(Former Spiritual Club Coordinator), warmly felicitating Shri Gopavrinda Pala Dasa ji after which Mohit Katre, Spiritual Club member, introduced them. Shri Gopavrinda Pala Dasa ji is renowned for his distinguished personality with background in Mechanical Engineering and his successful Entrepreneurial skills. His journey from the corporate world to dedicating his life in service to humanity is truly inspiring. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Akshaya Patra Foundation, Bhilai Chapter.
Event Details:
Spiritual Talk 2.0 featured a thoughtful presentation by Shri Gopavrinda Pala Dasa Ji, aiming to provide philosophical and practical guidance on life’s deeper aspects.
Mind vs. Body: The distinction between the mind and body was emphasized. While the body is temporary and physical, the mind is the source of thoughts, emotions, and consciousness. Understanding this separation is essential for self-realization and discovering one’s true purpose.
Emotional Quotient (EQ), Intelligence Quotient (IQ), and Spiritual Quotient (SQ):
- EQ (Emotional Quotient): The importance of emotional intelligence in managing emotions and relationships was highlighted. A high EQ enables thoughtful responses to life’s challenges.
- IQ (Intelligence Quotient): The role of intellectual ability in problem-solving and logical decision-making was discussed, emphasizing its significance in material success.
- SQ (Spiritual Quotient): SQ was introduced as a means to connect with a higher purpose, enabling a deeper understanding of life beyond material pursuits.
Fundamental Life Reflections: The discussion encouraged introspection on key life aspects, such as self-identity, life’s purpose, and the pursuit of true fulfillment. The emphasis was placed on spiritual growth, selfless service, and higher consciousness over material achievements.
Reincarnation and Karma: The cycle of reincarnation was explained, where the soul undergoes repeated births and deaths until liberation (moksha) is attained. Living righteously and practicing spirituality were presented as ways to avoid negative karma, which influences future rebirths.
Role of Religion: Religion was described as a guiding force that differentiates humans from animals. While animals focus on basic survival needs, humans have the unique ability to seek higher knowledge and self-realization. Religion provides direction toward spiritual enlightenment.
Prasadam and Gratitude: The session concluded with the distribution of prasadam. Attendees offered prayers before accepting it as a blessing and spiritual nourishment.
Q&A Session: The event concluded with a question-and-answer session, where Shri Gopavrinda Pala Dasa Ji provided insightful responses, further enriching the discussion.

Detox Room

Introduction:
The Detox Room event was designed as an immersive experience to help participants disconnect from the distractions of the outside world and reconnect with their inner selves. The room was transformed into a dark, calming space, creating a serene environment that encouraged relaxation and self-reflection. Each participant was blindfolded before entering the room, adding an element of sensory isolation to deepen the experience. The event was conducted in three batches to maintain the essence of isolation.
Event Details:
- The session began with Dancing Therapy, where participants engaged in free-flowing movements to music, allowing their bodies to express emotions and thoughts without inhibition. The focus was on being present in the moment and using dance as a form of meditation, releasing stress and connecting to the body and spirit.
- Next, a One-on-One Session was conducted, where participants were randomly paired and given three minutes to converse with someone new. The purpose of this activity was to create a judgment-free space that encouraged open communication and fostered a strong sense of community. After each three-minute conversation, participants were reshuffled, allowing them to interact with multiple individuals and broaden their connections.
- After that Pranav Soni(Spiritual Club Coordinator) addressed the gathering about subjective and mindful topics
- Finally, the event concluded with a Painting Session. Participants were invited to paint whatever was on their minds, reflecting their thoughts and emotions on a collective banner. This creative activity helped express personal reflections and fostered a sense of unity as everyone contributed to the shared artwork.



In-House Discussion Sessions

Introduction:
The In-House Discussion Sessions were designed to encourage open dialogue, self-reflection, and meaningful exchanges of ideas. The session provided a structured yet interactive environment where participants could discuss thought-provoking topics, share personal experiences, and gain new perspectives. The aim was to foster a deeper understanding of oneself and others through constructive discussions.
Event Details:
The discussions covered a range of topics, including the influence of technology on mindfulness, personal growth, and the importance of gratitude in daily life. Participants actively engaged in conversations, sharing insights and reflections in a respectful and open-minded setting.
A key focus of the session was active listening, ensuring that every participant had the opportunity to express their thoughts while also valuing different perspectives. The format encouraged organic discussions, allowing ideas to flow naturally. By the end of the session, participants gained not only new insights but also a stronger sense of connection and mutual understanding.


Geeta Swadhyay
Gita Swadhaya :- A 6-week long event was held at Ramdeobaba University, Nagpur, where the esteemed speaker Shri ShriniwasWarnekar was invited to share insights on the Bhagavad Gita. He explained 12 chapter of the Bhagavad Gita, offering a deeper understanding of its meaning and significance. Through his teachings, Shri Warnekar helped participants transform their views and perspectives on life, highlighting the importance of the Gita’s wisdom. More than 100 students and faculty members took part in this workshop.
