The Student Wellness Centre is dedicated to promoting the emotional, psychological, and social well-being of students. Through personalized counseling and mentoring, the Centre helps students manage stress, build emotional resilience, and address academic and personal challenges.
Objectives
- To help students identify emotional disturbances and develop effective coping strategies.
- To maintain healthy emotional balance through guidance in:

- Personal and social growth
- Stress and time management
- To support students in recognizing their strengths and interests to make informed academic and professional choices.
Procedure
- Counseling Schedule:
A notice will be shared on the official student WhatsApp groups, detailing the dates and timings of scheduled counseling and mentoring sessions. - Personal Appointments:
Students can also reach out directly to the University’s counselor for individual counseling sessions as needed.
