Participation & Achievement: On an average every year 10-12 students of the college represents in West Zone/All India University Meet in different games organized by All India University Association (AIU).  RCOEM winning range or getting Top three position in Intercollegiate Tournaments for last five years is Average 7-8 Games per year, wedominate specially in Basketball, Badminton, Football, Chess and Table- Tennis.

Students Sports Committee:  Department has dedicated Sports Committee of Students those are selected through proper Selection Process, works throughout the year.

Sports uniform/Kit: Sports Uniform, Essential sports kit/Equipment is provided to the students participating in various sports at Inter-branch/Intercollegiate/ Interuniversity level.

Allowances for Tournament Entry Fees, match allowances for sports events are given to students participating at Intercollegiate Level. Essential Transport facility is provided to the students for participating Intercollegiate/Interuniversity Events.

Felicitation/ Recognition:  always take care for recognition of Players for their Achievement. Special Felicitation program for All Sports Winners is conducted during Annual Function of The College” PRATISHRUTI”. Color Holders (Interuniversity Players) and Sports Person of The Year are awarded in Specific during Annual Function.

Additional Academic Support: facility of attendance consideration & additional Incentive marks for Sports/NSS/Cultural to the intercollegiate/Interuniversity participants.

Newsletter/ College Magazine: There is a provision of separate place for Sports/NSS Activities in College Newsletters and Magazine.

Scholarship Scheme:  All Extra-ordinary Achievers gets benefit of this scheme as Financial Support as per the policy.

Annual Sports Festival: UDGHOSH:  RCOEM Department of Physical Education Department organizesAnnual Sports Festival “UDGHOSH”, which includes Intercollegiate Sports Tournaments, Annual Athletic Meet and Faculty Sports.
