Health, Fitness & Wellbeing : Credit Course
Department offers 01 Credit Course for First year Students, “HEALTH, FITNESS & WELLBEING” with the objective of maintaining health, fitness and wellness of students as well as create awareness about need for good health and physical fitness. The objective would also be to develop team spirit, social skills as well as identify and develop leadership qualities in students through various sports group activities.
Aim of the Course
The course aims to foster Health and wellness through Healthy and Active Lifestyle and creating awareness about the fundamentals of Physical Education, Sports, Yoga, Recreation and its effectiveness through practical experiences and hands on activities.
